International Benefits Analyst

 We are currently seeking an International Benefits Analyst to join our Corporate Compensation & Benefits Team at Guidewire Software. On a global level, implements and administers benefits plans, programs, policies, and processes. Looking for an energetic and detail-oriented analyst to join our fast-paced and growing team.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Administers all benefits programs in EMEA, Latin America and APAC including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance
  • Partners with Mercer and other benefit vendors
  • Partners with third-party administrators to resolve claim issues and employee inquiries
  • Partners with the payroll department and/or employees to ensure correct benefits deductions are made
  • Determines employee benefit interests by conducting employee surveys and analyzing results
  • Responds to employee inquiries
  • Assists with Radford Benefits Survey
  • Looks for ways to streamline and automate processes
  • Coordinates health fairs, flu shots, and biometrics in local offices
  • Educates employee population on their benefits offerings and how to best use them


  • At least 3-5 years of benefits administration experience in a global software or tech company
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities
  • Prior project management experience desired
  • Highly skilled with HRIS systems; Workday experience preferred
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated
